Wir sind uns darüber im Klaren, dass viele Apple vertrauen und die Hardware seit Jahren nutzen. Deshalb entschieden wir uns hier auszuhelfen und Samples, Mix Tools in Mac kompatiblen Formaten anzubieten. Alle die mit diesem Format nicht vertraut sind, AIFF ist speziell für Mac gedacht und wurde von Apple erfunden. Was ist der Vorteil dieses Formats? Es ist nicht komprimiert, weshalb die Dateien schnell und verlustfrei arbeiten. Da die Idee von Apple Ingenieuren stammt, passt das AIFF Format super zu originalen Apple Produkten, wie GarageBand und natürlich Logic. Wenn du andere DAW nutzt, vor allem Windows, dann schaue in der Bedienungsanleitung deines DAW Sampler und lese genau, ob das Format mit deinem Sampler funktioniert. Heutzutage gibt es auf dem Markt eine große Auswahl an kommerziellen und kostenlosen Sampler Playern. Wenn du einen anderen Sampler als den originalen nutzt, dann solltest du prüfen, ob er mit AIFF Format arbeitet. Apple Loops und Samples haben dieselbe Qualität wie WAV Dateien, deshalb können alle Personen, die bisher mit diesem Format noch nicht gearbeitet haben, ohne Sorgen AIFF Format nutzen, so wie es die bekanntesten Produzenten bereits machen.
